We ask for a £100 deposit (refundable) for the sample goods we send down to you. This is refunded after all products not sold are returned back to us along with any order forms.
An Eco Party can be a great way of getting together with your friends and having a good look and feel at modern eco friendly products you would otherwise probably only be able to find as a picture on an internet shop like our own.
And remember, we are always at the end of a phone or e-mail to answer your questions and provide whatever help we can.
Postal Eco Party Terms & Conditions
Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com agrees to send you a good and varied sample of goods upon receipt of a £100 refundable deposit. This deposit is refunded when all goods are returned in the same condition they were sent by us.
All goods not returned to us, or returned to us damaged, will be charged at their full retail price, up to the value of the deposit we have taken from you. If the retail value of the goods not returned to us, or returned to us in a less than original condition, exceeds the deposit taken by us from you, we will expect immediate payment for all goods damaged or not returned. Please note that we aim to recover all losses we incur.
All goods sent to you may be purchased at 50% of their retail value, at the time of returning them. This means that the more you buy out of the samples sent, the less you will need to pay to return them to us.
If you take orders over £250 you will earn commission at 5%. For orders over £500 you earn commission of 10%. Any commission is paid by cheque only and will be paid after we have sent ordered goods to you. All orders taken at your Eco Party will be sent to your address only; we may send it to one other address at our discretion. You also earn a £10 Gift Voucher which may be used at the Eco Party or on the EcoRetailOnline.com website or in our Eco Shop in Shrewsbury.
If you wish to redeem your voucher on the EcoRetailOnline.com website, please let us know so we can e-mail you a code for this purpose.
All goods sent to you remain the property of Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com unless or until paid for.
