Wholesale Buyers
We are happy to supply products at wholesale prices. We even supply our products for Young Enterprise Schemes. E-mail us for more information and we’ll send you details.
Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com Consultants Do you fancy selling some or all of our products? You could buy from us as a consultant and make a little extra money. With full access to all our products, but without the need to deal with wholesalers or carry stock, an EcoRetailOnline.com Consultant is an easy and simple way to make a little money.
You decide how hard you work and what focus you want to have. You may wish to sell cotton nappies or our eco friendly goods or both. All you need is as much time as you want to commit and a £100 refundable deposit to get everything you need to start selling and earning.
Another route in could be do to an Eco Party, to get a feel for selling our products and then becoming a consultant.

Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com Consultant Agreement
When you sell goods for us as a Schmuggles consultant you earn up to 20% commission on all sales you generate, payable one month in arrears. This can be by cheque or bank transfer straight into your bank account.
If your weekly orders are less than £100 you earn 15% commission and pay postage based on the weight of the order, up to a maximum of £9.95. If your weekly orders exceed £100 you earn 20% commission and Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com covers the cost of posting goods to you.
Once per week we will post out whatever has been ordered through you to your home address. We will charge you postage as per our website rates, with free delivery to you for all orders over £100. If an order placed by you is over 30kg we will quote you postage at the time of ordering.
The customer saves money by not paying for postage and if your weekly orders exceed £100 you earn the higher level of commission and do not have to pay for posting the goods to you.
You will have access to all the Schmuggles range of products and we will deliver to your home address for you to then distribute to the customer’s you have found, done at your discretion.
You will be given a page on the Schmuggles website so you can advertise in your local area. When you want to add something to your page, just e-mail it to us to be added.
We will give you access to taking payments over the internet so our customers can pay us, via you, by debit card or credit card. All you need for this is an internet connection. Alternatively, you can direct customers to us to arrange payment. If they wish to pay by cash or cheque, we can give you a paying in book to be used at your local post office. If a customer chooses to pay by PayPal, all they need do is e-mail us with their payment.
All sales will be as a Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com consultant and all customers will be and remain Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com customers. You will need to send us details of all orders and address details, where given, back to us. This can be by post or contained in an e-mail.
Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com Consultant Agreement
You will get a Schmuggles consultant Pack which will contain the following:
- Schmuggles Order Forms
- Schmuggles Price Lists
- Schmuggles Catalogue(s) (subject to availability)
- Samples (subject to availability)
- Nappy Samples (if required & subject to availability)
- Access to taking debit/credit card payments over the internet
- Paying in book for your local post office (for cash & cheques) if required
All arrangements and agreements are made subject to an initial telephone interview.
We maintain the right to alter commission and postage rates as necessary and will give you due notice if we choose to do so.
We ask for a £100 deposit, so we can send you a good selection of products to use as samples. If you return the products, we will refund your deposit. You can choose to sell these samples or simply let customers view them.
Commission is paid, per month, in arrears, on all sales you have made. All products remain the property of Schmuggles until or unless paid for by you or the customer.
All sales will form a contract between the customer and Schmuggles as per out terms and conditions, which can be found on the website.

Wholesale Customers
Please note that our online terms & conditions do not apply if buying from us wholesale. Do not use them as a basis of a contract when purchasing from us.
Prices & VAT
Wholesale prices are currently set at roughly 30% less than our standard retail price. We keep our Website prices as up to date and accurate as practicable. This does not apply to all products, so if you give us a list of what you want, we will give you a quote.
We will charge VAT at the relevant rates of 0%, 5% & 17.5% on all products including carriage, where this is paid by you.
There is no minimum order when buying from us.
Carriage
Carriage is free on orders of £350 or above, before VAT. For orders below £350, before VAT, carriage will be charged at £12.50 per order placed.
Orders will be dispatched by courier or Royal Mail, at our discretion.
We aim to dispatch all goods to you within 3 working days of receiving your order. Where products are out of stock we will tell you at the time of ordering. We would expect you to have a complete order with you within 28 days.
Wholesale prices are subject to fluctuation and we will let you know at the time of ordering what the total cost for an order is.
If we are out of stock of an item we reserve the right to refund you for that item(s) or if you wish to receive that item, we reserve the right to send your order in parts as they become available to us or as a whole when the order becomes complete.
Please note that items that attract free postage on our website will be sold at a wholesale rate of the standard retail price less 20%.
Payment
Initial 3 orders are pro forma; payment by Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque at time of ordering. Please note that goods will not be dispatched, if paying by cheque or bank transfer, until funds have transferred into our bank.
Credit terms can be discussed once we have received three orders or at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse credit terms and will inform you in writing if we do so or if we change the terms and conditions at any time.
Schmuggles/EcoRetailOnline.com Wholesale Agreement
Any payments received more than 10 calendar days late will accrue interest each day they are outstanding. This will be set at 2.5% of the original order outstanding.
Failure to pay on time may result in losing credit terms if they have been agreed.
All goods remain property of Schmuggles until paid for in full.
Before agreeing to supply you goods at wholesale prices, we will require evidence of your true business status eg self-employed, partnership, limited company etc. This must be an original document with proof of business address and company registration number, letterhead etc.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
If any item becomes faulty, please contact us before sending back to us. If any items arrive damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will refund postage for these items at our discretion only.
Website Links
In order for us to supply you, we would need a link on your website linking to us, if you have one.
If we discover you are selling items bought from us through a third party or through an online auction, for example EBAY, we will cease our supply you: some of our suppliers have clear stipulations about their products and EBAY or any other online auction.
Products
We are unable to offer 30% wholesale temrs on certain products. These will be offered at our Retail Price less 10%. This applies to the majority of the gadgets and furniture. For more information please contact us.
